Kristin Hau'oli Schillinger

Kristin is honored to join The Fenomenons performance ensemble and thrilled for the opportunity to deepen her skills and broaden her repertoire alongside lifelong dancers who inspire her to grow.

A lifelong musician and seasoned performer, Kristin found dance as an adult and became hooked after taking hip hop classes with Bay Area legend Micaya, and has spent the last 15+ seasons serving as the booking manager for Micaya's San Francisco International Hip Hop DanceFest.

After making New Orleans home, she has marched with many parading krewes through the years and loves cultivating joy through dance, costuming, and music. Kristin is a singing drummer in NOLA-based bands The Littles and Konkrete Blondie — A Tribute to Women Who Rock, and vocalist, percussionist, and archivist for Colorado-based music and comedy act Peter Paul & Gary.
